MEET john

John’s yoga journey began over 20 years ago practicing hot yoga, not knowing then how much he would fall in love with it and have it be an integral part of his life. Since then, his heart has belonged to power and vinyasa styles of yoga - which he is passionate about sharing with his students. His teachings are detail oriented with a focus on how the pose should feel in your body with lots of room to play and experiment with something new. Expect a class where you’re excitedly challenged with plenty of support and motivation. After all the sweat, classes end with deep stretches to calm your body and let it all set in. John believes the key to longevity is fitness and movement, with a lot of fun to keep things fresh.
