  • BREATH & RESTORE | BREATHWORK

    Unwind, exhale, and return to yourself in this deeply nourishing breathwork & restorative yoga class. Designed to help you gently digest the stress of the day, this experience combines conscious breath practices with supported, floor based restorative poses that encourage your body and mind to release tension and recalibrate.

    You'll be guided through breathwork techniques that soothe the nervous system. Each posture is held for several minutes using weighted props, blankets, and bolsters to ground you and encourage deep rest. Perfect for anyone feeling overstimulated, anxious, or simply in need of gentle care, this practice invites profound relaxation and inner restoration.

    Our Flow class is a dynamic practice that unites mindful movement with conscious breath, guiding you through a seamless sequence designed to both ground and energize. Each posture transitions smoothly into the next, creating a sense of rhythm and fluidity that strengthens the body while calming the mind. The steady, grounding pace makes it accessible to all levels, whether you’re new to movement or refining an existing practice.     A guided breathwork session to help you ground, reset, and move into the week with ease. 

    Life moves fast, and stress can build up without us even realizing it. The Sunday Reset is a guided breathwork session designed to help you slow down, release tension, and find your center before the week ahead.

    Using a combination of conscious breathwork, mindfulness, and gentle somatic awareness, this class creates space for deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and emotional clarity. Whether you're looking to unwind, recharge, or simply take a moment for yourself, this practice offers a supportive environment to breathe, reset, and realign.

Private BREATHWORK SESSIONS

  • Your breath is your greatest medicine. At Ritual, we now offer one-on-one Private Breathwork Sessions with trusted facilitators Erika Latta and Teresa Campbell; tailored experiences designed to meet you exactly where you are.

    Each session begins with a personal consultation to uncover your emotional, energetic, and nervous system needs. From there, your facilitator will guide you through a custom practice using conscious connected breath and somatic tools to unlock clarity, calm, and release.
