MEET kristi
Kristi first discovered yoga as a teenager, but it truly became part of her life in her twenties while living in Dubai as a flight attendant. Under the guidance of international teachers like Dina Ghandour and Fátima García de Andrés, she fell in love with Jivamukti and Ashtanga Vinyasa. After completing her 200-hour training in Goa, India, Kristi spent six years teaching full-time in Houston, a community that deeply shaped her practice. Her classes are vigorous, fluid, and playful, blending creative Vinyasa, Hatha, Yoga Nidra, and Yin. Kristi believes yoga is a journey of connection—to self, to nature, and to one another—inviting presence, resilience, and lightness long after leaving the mat.
