MEET SAMANEH

Samaneh began her practice twenty years ago after a shoulder injury led her to discover the transformative power of yoga. What started as rehabilitation soon became her calling. Through dynamic, breath-driven movement, she activates the entire body, building strength, stability, and flexibility. Her power-yoga approach invites students to move with intention, align breath with purpose, and cultivate a deeper awareness of both body and mind. Under her guidance, the physical practice becomes a pathway to inner stillness, allowing you to hear the quiet that lives beneath the noise.
