MEET SHAE-LYNN

Shaelynn is a 200-Hour yoga teacher , certified personal trainer, and pilates instructor with a lifelong background in ballet and highland dance. Having been an avid practitioner of yoga and pilates for almost 10 years, Shaelynn is passionate about sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge with others. Her approach to movement is holistic, combining strength, mobility, and mindfulness to create experience that challenges both the body and mind. Guided by music, Shaelynn’s classes are intentionally designed to help you feel empowered, connected, and to fall in love with the way movement makes you feel.
