This full-body fusion class blends the precision of Pilates, the fluidity of Yoga, and the intensity of endurance training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Using props such as blocks, resistance bands, and light weights, each session is designed to elevate your practice and challenge your limits.

A 55 minute dynamic workout in our heated wood room. This is the precision of mat Pilates with the intensity of light dumbbell strength training and cardio — all to sculpt and strengthen you from head to toe. Expect a high energy playlist with the volume on blast.
THRIVE
With carefully curated music, HIIT cardio, pilates training and somatic release, this class is meant to push you out of your comfort zone, help you connect with the present moment, strengthen your body and open your heart.
MAT
Mat pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens, lengthens, and tones your muscles while improving core stability, flexibility, and posture. Using just a mat and optional props like resistance bands, small stability balls or light weights, this class enhances muscle engagement, balance, and control. Controlled movements, breathwork, and alignment are at the core of each exercise, helping to build deep core strength and overall body awareness. Suitable for all levels, Ritual’s Mat Pilates helps prevent injuries, relieve tension, and create a balanced, lean physique. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, you'll leave feeling stronger, more centred, and refreshed. This class is a great introduction to our other pilates classes such as Fusion and Pulse!
