With a background in holistic health, she designs transformative programs that promote deep healing and align with your true desires. Jackie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC), holds a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, and has a multidisciplinary background in human kinetics, personal training, holistic nutrition, life coaching, and intuitive coaching. Her grounded and supportive approach integrates the most effective interventions, meeting clients where they are to foster healing, growth, and a deeper connection to self.
