With a background in dance and performing arts, Danica approaches movement as both an expressive and functional practice that unites creativity with intention. During the stillness of the pandemic, she felt a calling to share the healing power of mindful movement, shifting naturally into guiding yoga and fitness classes. Her teaching is rooted in empowerment—encouraging students to move with curiosity, confidence, and presence while discovering strength through softness and self-awareness. Each class weaves breath, mobility, and mindful sequencing to cultivate harmony between body and mind.
