Liia’s classes invite movement filled with joy, energy, and connection. With over a decade of experience teaching Spin, Barre, Pilates, aerobics, and strength, she blends music and rhythm to create spaces that feel uplifting and inclusive. When she first moved to Vancouver, teaching became her way to build community—a sense of belonging that continues to shape every class she leads. Her approach balances challenge with play, encouraging students to move beyond limits while staying rooted in the joy of movement. A runner and lifelong dancer, Liia believes movement is medicine for the soul—whether pulsing to the beat, running by the ocean, or dancing in your kitchen. Expect energy, smiles, and connection.
