MEET gina
Gina is a lifelong professional dancer who found the embodiment of mind, body, and soul through the journey of yoga a decade ago. She also is a practitioner of Pilates, Deep Stretch, and Strength Training. Gina did her 200 RYT in Ubud, Bali which deepened her practice of yoga and ignited her passion to support others in their yogic paths. She loves teaching all types of yoga, but feels most called to vinyasa and power. Her classes are infused with tradition and intention, weaving these thematically through careful alignment, breathwork, flexibility, and strength.At the core of each class is the authenticity of Self and practicing from the heart.
