Jess is a lifelong yoga practitioner and somatic teacher devoted to helping others come home to themselves—body, breath, and nervous system. Her classes serve as medicine for the modern world, offering space to slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through movement, ritual, chant, prayer, and breath, Jess creates a sanctuary for students to unfurl, release, and remember their innate wholeness. Her approach blends depth with tenderness, inviting each person to explore their inner landscape and access pathways to healing and liberation. She offers both group and private sessions in yoga and somatic inquiry, guiding students toward embodied awareness and presence.
