A sound healing experience where soundscapes of guitar, flute, singing bowls and keyboards create stillness, tranquility, and peace. This is a restorative experience, creating space to connect to emotions, thoughts, sensations, and memories, releasing anxiety, tension, and stress.
Within this soundscape, you are able to rest, meditate, journal — wherever your spirit moves you.
CANDLELIT YIN & SOUND
A more restorative yin practice, focusing on the breath, releasing tension in the body and connecting to our inner stillness. Includes breath work, longer held yin postures and finishing off with a soothing sound bath at the end. Props will be used to support the body. Leaving you feeling at peace, centred and calm.

Your first sound bath at Ritual Urban Retreat is an experience of pure presence and calm. You are welcomed into a warm, comfortable space where mats, blankets, and soft lighting help you settle. Once you are lying down, your facilitator will guide you through gentle breathing before introducing the sound instruments.
The session unfolds through layers of soothing tones that wash over you and vibrate through your body. There is nothing you need to do except relax and allow the sound to support you. You may feel lightness, tingling sensations, emotional movement, or deep restfulness. Every response is valid and honoured.
As the sound softens and your awareness returns, you are given a moment to reconnect with your breath and your body. You leave feeling grounded, clear, and supported from within.
