INFORMATION

The Ritual Ride offers a rhythm riding experience that brings together music, pacing, and full-body engagement within a carefully designed studio environment.
Each class combines great beats, structured intervals, and breath awareness into a cohesive ride. Drawing inspiration from formats like spin society and cycle collective, the class is guided by rhythm, where each pedal stroke can align with the music.
This full body workout is designed to engage multiple muscle groups while introducing elements of cadence, resistance, and control. The space, lighting, and sound contribute to an immersive setting that supports focus and presence.
Rather than emphasizing intensity alone, the experience centers on moving with intention, awareness, and power.

With a background in athletics and a focus on intentional movement, Jamie’s classes explore rhythm riding, breath awareness, and structured sequencing.
Rather than following a standard spin society or cycle collective format, his approach blends music, movement, and pacing in a way that allows riders to engage at different levels.
Through clear guidance and attention to form, each class offers a space where participants can explore both physical effort and mental focus within a shared community setting.
