FUSION

This full-body fusion class blends the precision of Pilates, the fluidity of Yoga, and the intensity of endurance training to sculpt and tone your entire body. Guided by the rhythm of your breath, you'll enhance strength, balance, and flexibility while improving core stability and overall endurance. Using props such as blocks, resistance bands, and light weights, each session is designed to elevate your practice and challenge your limits.

SCULPT

The Sculpt is a 55-minute dynamic workout taking place in our heated wood room. Blending the precision of mat Pilates with the intensity of strength training and cardio, it creates a full-body burn in a powerful, energizing flow. Using light dumbbells, this high-energy session will sculpt and strengthen your body from head to toe. Expect to move with intention, build endurance, and leave feeling strong and recharged. An amazing playlist sets the tone, with the volume up to keep you in the zone.

THRIVE

With carefully curated music, HIIT cardio, pilates training and somatic release, this class is meant to push you out of your comfort zone, help you connect with the present moment, strengthen your body and open your heart.

FOUNDATION

Build a deeper connection to your core with this full-body activated session that builds your foundational balance. Strength-based and targeting body weight movements and drills that connect the upper and lower body. Every session will incorporate a warm-up and cool down for maximum adaptation. Expect to sweat as we move through the progression together.

METHOD

An energizing blend of dance-inspired cardio, aerobic movement, and muscular conditioning. High-rep, low-weight sequences target stabilizing muscles to build strength, endurance, coordination, and body awareness — all set to hip-hop.

What sets this class apart is the approach: rather than being guided through every move, you're invited to engage fully, develop a mind-body connection, and move intuitively. No perfecting choreography. Just presence, rhythm, and sweat.
