Each session begins with a personal consultation to uncover your emotional, energetic, and nervous system needs. From there, your facilitator will guide you through a custom practice using conscious connected breath and somatic tools to unlock clarity, calm, and release.

Now she offers supportive spaces for renewal through conscious breathwork, blending science-based methods with an intuitive approach to help participants release tension, find stillness, and reconnect with their inner wisdom.

With over two decades of experience, she creates inclusive spaces for healing through breathwork, yoga, meditation, bodywork, and somatic education.
