Yoga class offerings are rooted in intentional movement and yogic philosophy for both morning and evening yoga classes. In addition, self-inquiry practices infused with flow yoga, therapeutic movement, cathartic expression, and powerful breathwork are integrated into daily practices.

Classes are designed to meet you in the moment and move with you as you ride the range of your nervous system, while inserting deliberate pauses and time to reflect at the end of each powerful session. All levels are welcome and yogi practice engagement is determined by listening to your body, to energy, and how you show up to the mat daily. We are also excited to have local yoga practitioners from the Baja area at the retreat to allow for an immersive, local, yogic experience.

This session explores how to move from stress or survival mode into calm and balance through somatic exercises, breathwork, and mindfulness. Jackie guides participants to understand their body’s stress responses and teaches practical tools to build emotional resilience and restore inner steadiness.

Rooted in Ritual is an exclusive wellness experience that is dedicated to honouring your individuality and personal needs. Whether you want to indulge in a peaceful nap under the swaying palms, take a refreshing dip in the clear waters of the rooftop pool, write in your journal amidst the magnificent scenery, or take in some moments sight-seeing amongst the artistry of the inner township of San José del Cabo, you will be given plenty of space for you, to do you.

Hotel El Ganzo is a place that honors beautiful Mexican cuisine. During your stay here, there are many places to nourish your body with delicious and nutritious meals. The onsite luxury restaurant carefully curates delicious plates to revitalize and energize. Your retreat package includes two locally prepared communal dining experiences—a welcome and farewell dinner. Each morning, you will enjoy a delightful array of breakfast foods, included in your stay, while slowly taking in the beauty of your surroundings in the tranquil dining area. For daily lunch there is an offering of buffet or made to order plates charged to your room. For other evening meals you are encouraged to take in the local restaurants and establishments of San José del Cabo and immerse yourself in its cultural offerings. A taco night at a local taqueria will also be made available for a communal dining experience. A list of suggested favourites for dining will be provided to you upon arrival.
