Teresa's ethos is rooted in presence, reverence, and authenticity. She brings over two decades of experience creating inclusive, soulful spaces for healing and transformation.
Teresa is a seasoned breathwork guide, yoga and meditation teacher, somatic educator, bodywork practitioner, ritual healing facilitator, sound healing practitioner, and grief guide. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing happens through embodied presence, compassionate connection, and the wisdom of the nervous system.
She approaches every offering as a living ritual and looks forward to co-creating with the Ritual community.
