What to Expect at Your First Yoga Class Downtown
Your first class at Ritual should feel clear, welcoming, and easy to step into.
When you arrive, you’ll be greeted by our team and guided through the space so you know exactly where to go. The studio is designed to feel calm, minimal, and intentional. Everything has been considered to support your experience from the moment you walk in.
You don’t need to be advanced or experienced to start. Our classes are accessible, with options and guidance provided throughout so you can move at your own pace.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to get settled, especially for your first visit. Wear comfortable clothing you can move in, and bring water. We provide everything else you need.
Most importantly, there’s no expectation to perform.
