Renewal in Motion is an immersive Yoga and Live Soundbath experience where movement and sound happen simultaneously. As you move through intentional postures, live music and vibration will fill the space, supporting your breath, body, and nervous system in real time.
This is not yoga followed by sound.
This is yoga held inside sound.
Guided by Hadis and Navin, this ceremonial container is designed to support seasonal transition, nervous system regulation, and embodied clarity.
