MEET BLAKE
Blake is a Pilates instructor originally from New York and now based in Vancouver. She is certified through Balanced Body and has been teaching for over two years. She leads both in-person and virtual sessions with clients of all levels and continues to deepen her training through Anatomy and Reformer studies. Her classes blend modern Pilates with sculpt-inspired movement, focusing on the mind–body connection, encouraging body awareness while creating a vibrant environment that will leave you feeling both challenged and empowered. Blake teaches as your guide, leader, and teammate—pushing you to work hard while always meeting you where you are.
