Strong Fundamentals is a 3-hour guided experience designed to deepen your understanding of Pilates and strengthen the connection between movement, breath, and body awareness.
This Ritual workshop blends education, movement, reflection, and recovery. Together, we'll explore the foundations of classical Pilates and how these principles translate into modern sculpt and functional movement practices.
We begin by breaking down key Pilates fundamentals including breath, core activation, alignment, and movement mechanics. Through guided instruction, you'll learn how foundational exercises support strength, stability, and control in the body.
From there, you'll move through a full-body sculpt-style flow that integrates everything you've learned, helping you experience these principles in real time.
To close, guests are invited into guided reflection, followed by optional self guided cold plunge, light snacks, and connection.
This experience is suitable for all levels and designed for both those newer to Pilates and those looking to deepen their practice.

Meet Shae-Lynn
Shaelynn is a 200-Hour yoga teacher , certified personal trainer, and pilates instructor with a lifelong background in ballet and highland dance. Having been an avid practitioner of yoga and pilates for almost 10 years, Shaelynn is passionate about sharing her enthusiasm and knowledge with others. Her approach to movement is holistic, combining strength, mobility, and mindfulness to create experience that challenges both the body and mind. Guided by music, Shaelynn’s classes are intentionally designed to help you feel empowered, connected, and to fall in love with the way movement makes you feel
